Gluten free corn bread # 2


1/3 Cup Cornmeal
1/3 Cup Corn flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg white
1 tablespoons melted butter
2/3 cup buttermilk


Mix and bake in iron skillet at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
